I've been reading the 72 page legal document trying to discern exactly what this means, and when I do, I will post more of my own feelings on this.
For now, all you need to know is this gives the Action Comics #1 trademark back, and I believe the rights to Superman, but definitely not yet the rights to Superboy. It's a legal mess, especially with all the appeals that will get filed. But I will have more on this later.
