SuperMAN Prime

I noticed this in a mass release about changes to DC's upcoming solicits...

" DC COMICS ANNOUNCES NEW TITLE FOR TALES OF THE SINESTRO CORPS PRESENTS: THE ANTI-MONITOR #1

TALES OF THE SINESTRO CORPS PRESENTS: THE ANTI-MONITOR #1 (AUG070223) will arrive in store with the title TALES OF THE SINESTRO CORPS PRESENTS: SUPERMAN PRIME #1. This issue now will run 48 pages and feature a cover price of $3.99 U.S. "

So, apparently the way DC is getting around the Superboy lawsuit is by letting SB Prime change his name to be what he has always wanted to be — SuperMAN.

If this is true, it may be the best, simplest, and most creative way a company has ever circumvented a lawsuit. It all makes sense in the business aspect and storytelling aspect.

We'll see in just a couple of weeks when the Sinestro Corps. War approaches its end.
